All support tickets are viewable by the member that created the ticket (Ticket Owner).

Additionally, your organization's administrator or managers may have the ability to view all tickets submitted.


If you are part of a ticket (included as a CC'ed member) you will not be able to view the ticket in the portal.


Note to administrators: We are unable to grant individuals to select tickets. Therefore if you want to grant someone the ability to view a ticket that is not the owner of the ticket, the options are:

  1. Provide them with the public URL to the ticket. Note that anyone with this link can access the ticket, therefore this may not be considered secure for your organization. This will only be issued to account administrators.
  2. Grant the members full access to all tickets in your domain.
