When submitting a time condition change request, please use the following form to submit your request. Send your request to email@example.com or open a new ticket from the portal.
Remember that time conditions are considered "True" if any of the times in the time condition is valid. If you are not sure how your IVR flow operates, please review your call flow diagram. If you do not have a call flow diagram please open a support ticket, and we will provide you with the most recent version that we have on file or be able to create one for you.
