It is preferred to use User Conference rooms. They provide better control over who can access and allows management features.
A Simple conference room allows anyone to access your conference call, with out your permission.
If you absolutely require a open conference room, contact your Switchvox Administrator and request a Simple Conference room access. Don't be shocked if you are instructed to use a User Conference room though.
